My Autumn sessions may have been cut short this year due to Covid19 but the ones I did get to do were awesome. I was surprised that most of the clients who booked these were business owners wanting something informal for their social media and websites. Don’t get me wrong I love a studio headshot, I think have both if you can! But I loved that they were using these as a way to add some personality and colour to their marketing.
The location for my autumn sessions was Bourne woods this year. The leaves have been taking a long time to change this time around I have noticed but the scenery was still lovely. I also was pleased with how different all the images look even though they were taken at the same place.
What is also great about these sessions is the mixture of having a beautiful walk, being able to chat as we move to different locations and get to know each other better. I think it takes a bit of the edge off when you are nervous about having your photograph taken.
So please sit back and enjoy looking through some of my favourites from the sessions.
First up is the lovely Judy.
The next portraits are of Cristina and this was her review:
"Lucy did some headshots for my new business image for me to use on my website, blogs and various other promotional material. She was absolutely brilliant during the session, Lucy made me at ease and really listened to what I was looking for. I was then blown away by the results, the pictures were amazing, the colours where crisps and the whole process was effortless and of high quality. I would highly recommend giving Lucy a call."
Below is Bev and this is what she had to say about the session:
I had a lovely walk in Bourne Woods with Lucy Dack of Lucy Dack Photography. As we walked she clicked away with her camera making the most of the gorgeous Autumn colours. Lucy was so professional and made me feel incredibly at ease. Glad we got the shoot in before going back into lockdown.
They all did fab, didn’t they?
As I write this where I am located in Lincolnshire we are in Tier three so I have made the decision not to do portraits unless they are outside until we hopefully get moved to Tier two. However, if you are interested in having some done when we are out of it I am happy to have a chat on zoom to plan and book in the new year. It’s always nice to know what you are looking at so we can come up with something amazing just for you.
Other than that I am still doing product photography 😊
Thank you for reading and taking a look.
Have a great day!
